Indoor Netball brings together the standard game of netball with the challenging conditions of being indoors.

It can be played by all genders.

Men and women can also play in a team together.

 HOW IT WORKS 

Same format as traditional netball applies

The ball is “live” at all times, off all nets

A goal is scored when the whole ball has passed through the net

​

A goal cannot be scored directly off a net

• Duration of game: 30 minutes

• Number of players: 2 teams, 5 players per side (4 on field, 1 goalkeeper)

• Price per player: R 35
